Sorry if it has already been answered : on the cover of Secret Wars 3, we see the ones who were on both rafts... Except there is someone to the left of Miles who wasn't aboard. It seems to me it is young Jean Grey. Is it a case of the story changing after the cover was commissioned ? Or a "wait & see" situation ? (And you can bet I'm fired up for issue 4 next week !)
AnonymousYes, you’ve intuited the situation correctly. Earlier, Young Jean Grey was among the characters who might have made it onto the survival raft, and at that point Alex painted that cover. But as we got deeper into the story and particularly as Jonathan had to gauge how many characters he was going to be able to service given the space he had, that list of survivors was paired back.
